Join the Organic centre for its annual Potato Day on Sunday March 1st 2026. Browse the bustling craft and food market, with local artisan produce. Get planting with the large national supply & variation of quality seed potatoes to choose from.
There will be all things potato on the menu of the Grass Roof Café. Be inspired with potato themed tours & demonstration’s. See how past generations planted with the 'Loy association of Ireland'. Learn how to plant your own potatoes with head gardener Aaron Mc Gowan,'Chitting & Chatting'! Enjoy boxty making, hailing from the region with Cavan's v own Paula Heatley.
Step back in time for Irish natural crafts, wool spinning & basket weaving. Relax with arts/crafts for the children and music. Free Entry.
